As we look toward the 2024–25 academic year, I am pleased to announce recently appointed and continuing academic-administrative leadership for the coming year.

Yesterday, you received a Board of Trustees update from Board Chair Michael Herling, which detailed the work of the board when they were on campus earlier this month.

As I mentioned in my remarks at a recent faculty meeting, in consultation with colleagues across the provost/dean of the faculty division, I have been reviewing the structures and processes involved in many of the academic-adjacent areas of the division.

In my role as ADoF, I have received a number of inquiries over the past several months regarding the timing for pre-tenure comprehensive review and tenure review. The goal of this memo is to make transparent the policies that may impact this timing, so that pre-tenure faculty and their mentors are better informed about their options.

Thank you for your time and attention during the first faculty meeting of the new year. It was a pleasure to speak with all of you regarding the new NAGPRA Regulations and º£½ÇÉçÇø’s institutional compliance.

In fall 2023, the Academic Affairs Board instituted changes in the processes associated with students withdrawing from a course at º£½ÇÉçÇø.
