Concur
All flights should be booked using Concur, Colgate's online travel and expense management system. Expenses incurred while traveling (meals, hotels, etc.) should also be logged in Concur.
Colgate Inn
The Colgate Inn offers a 20% discount on posted room rates for Colgate departments paying with a budget code. This discount is not applicable on weekends such as Homecoming, Parents Weekend, Graduation, or Alumni Weekend.
